I am abroad. How can I return the product I bought?

If you want to return the product you ordered for any reason after receiving it, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. (This period is 24 hours in evening dresses)

The box, packaging and standard accessories, if any, of the product you are returning must be included in the package you are returning to us in a complete and undamaged condition and the product must be re-salable (unmodified, not contaminated, etc.).

HOW CAN I RETURN, in the ORDER STATUS section of the order you want to return, by clicking the I want to review my order option from the order tracking button, by logging into our website (www.golddresses.com.tr) with your membership. You need to create the return request form by clicking on the option.

You can write a petition stating your name, surname, order number, reason for returning the product, address and signature, add it to your package and send it to Sefamerve, overseas return address at your own expense.
You must write the Return Product on your package and at the same time specify it to the shipping company you are sending to. Otherwise, we cannot be responsible for any tax or additional charges that may arise from your package.

After sending your return, keep your shipping code from the shipping company. If necessary, it can be requested from you.

No action can be taken before the product reaches us. After we receive the product, your return process will be initiated and your refund will be made within 5 to 7 business days. Exchange transactions cannot be made for foreign orders

The product I received is defective. What should I do?
